We can accept your course fees in USD, EURO or RUB and offer a number of payment methods. Please allow sufficient time for transactions to be processed to ensure that funds reach the University on or before the due date.

Payment methods as follows:

 

Bank transfers

We are pleased to accept bank transfer payments directly into our respective bank accounts for University Tuition Fees payments. Please ask your Admission officer for an invoice.

All fees are payable in USD, EURO or RUB and any costs incurred by bank transfer (e.g. handling charges or conversion costs) must be borne by the student.

  • Invoices should be paid without the deduction of bank charges, therefore you should instruct your bank that you accept liability for any foreign bank charges you may incur
  • Please quote our invoice number and a contract number as a reference when making your payment
  • Please forward your bank receipt to our Admission Team
  • Please remember you can only transfer money to the University's bank account for payment of tuition fees, not for your personal use.

Credit/debit card payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. To pay this way please come to the University in person as we can only accept credit or debit card payments in person.

If you plan to pay by debit card in person, check with your financial institution to ensure your debit card has the appropriate daily transaction limit for your tuition payment. Most financial institutions are able to temporarily increase the daily limit of your debit card over the phone. Your bank's customer contact number should be listed on the back of your bank card.

 

Cash payments

Our cashiers will accept cash (notes and coins) only at Cashiers Office.

We do accept cash payments, but please don’t send cash to us by post. We also advise that you do not carry large sums of money with you.
