Representatives of Lobachevsky University headed by Rector Evgeny Chuprunov took part in the country's largest exhibition "VUZPROMEXPO - 2016" in Moscow on December 14-15. VUZPROMEXPO is an annual national exhibition-forum held under the patronage of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. It is aimed at demonstrating best practices in the implementation of innovation in the Russian industry.

R&D results presented by engineers and researchers of Lobachevsky University at their booth aroused great interest among their colleagues from other Russian universities and potential industrial partners. On the first day of the exhibition, the booth of  Lobachevsky University was visited by O. Vasilyeva, Minister of Education and Science,  S. Matveyev, acting Director of the Department of Science and Technology and M. Popov, Director of the Programme Management Department and Tender Procedures.

Minister O. Vasilyeva praised the newest developments and technologies presented by Nizhni Novgorod scientists in the field of biomedicine, neurotechnology, information technology and environmental management.
