QS World University Rankings is one of the most trusted independent ranking of top higher education institutions in the world according to their achievements in education and science. Its methodology is developed by British higher education consulting company Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). It was first published in 2004 as a result of the cooperation between Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) and the Times Higher Education journal which lasted until 2010.

UNN is rated QS Stars

QS created QS Stars Rating System a few years ago. More than 100 universities from over 30 countries are taking part in this QS project. Universities provide information to be ranked by 4 compulsory criteria: education, employment, research and internationalization. They can choose some other criteria that actually reflect their activities. For example, each university makes a choice between infrastructure and distance learning, and selects 2 from 4 criteria: culture, innovation, charity and social engagement, and impact on regional development.
