3. Scanned copy of your passport with the translation of Russian language (all the pages containing the information necessary for the processing of an invitation must be clear and legible, the passport should expire not less than 18 months from the visa issuance date) (.pdf).

4. Scanned copy of the applicant`s medical certificate confirming that the applicant has medical conditions preventing him/her from being able to study issued by the official healthcare organization of the applicant’s country of residence with the translation into Russian (.pdf).

5. Scanned copy of a certificate containing the results of HIV and AIDS screening tests, issued by the official healthcare organization of the applicant’s country of residence with the translation into Russian (.pdf).

6. Scanned copy of the applicant`s documents of previous education with all academic transcripts, including final grades (only for degree applicants). All documents should be legalized as required by the law of the Russian Federation (i.e. with consular legalization or apostille - depending on the country). These documents should be translated into Russian and certified (.pdf).

7. Scanned copies of documents confirming the applicant`s academic achievements (awards, contests, competitions, Olympiads, publications, etc.) in the chosen professional field.

8. A Motivation letter in English (not more than two A4 pages of printed text that will
1) Justify why you have chosen this programme;
2) Explain your career and/or academic plans).

9. English / French proficiency self-evaluation form (only for candidates willing to apply for degree programs taught in English / French).

10. Essay on the topic of the future research in Russian (1-2 printed pages) and the list of relevant scientific publications (only for Ph.D. applicants).

11. List of scientific publications (only for Ph.D. applicants).

All the translations should be certified by a Russian notary according to the established order or by an embassy (consulate) of the Russian Federation.
