Seventy international students of BA, BSc, MSc and MA degree programmes taught in English who have recently started studying at Lobachevsky University enjoyed the Freshers’ Party on December 24.

The Freshers’ Party, known as Freshman's Day, is one of the events organized for student orientation and integration in the academic and social environments. It is also a chance for the Faculty for International Students to say a big hello to its students coming from 90 countries worldwide.

The event was attended by students in the first year of Bachelor's programmes in Economics, IT, International Relations and Master’s programmes in Management, Mathematics and Computer Science.

Students of the Faculty gave vocal, dance and theatrical performances. The brightest creative talents were rewarded with prizes and awards. Each fresher received a Russian doll (Matrioshka) as a souvenir of the party and painted it to their liking.
