This year we obtained a grant from the Russian Science Foundation adding a new project to our joint research projects. But I knew about the University of Nizhni Novgorod from my childhood. My father was Professor of Radiophysics and often went on trips to the State University of Gorky [now – Lobachevsky University]. UNN is a synonym for big science and I am proud of my cooperation with this institution. Over the last 30 years I have been working in Western Europe. Thanks to UNN, I have returned to Russia,” Prof. Sergej Zilitinkevich said.
