Lobachevsky University Rector Evgeny Chuprunov and E?tv?s Lor?nd University Rector Barna Mezey signed the Agreement on Cooperation in education and research.

The Agreement provides a framework for student and staff exchange, professional development programmes, joint research activities, and participation in seminars and conferences on various topics, including joint activities in the field of Philology.

E?tv?s Lor?nd University (ELTE) is the largest university in Hungary, member of the European University Association (EUA) and the Utrecht Network. E?tv?s Lor?nd University is a home to 30,000 students and 1500 members of staff. In the 2014-15 QS World University Rankings, E?tv?s Lor?nd University was ranked 601-650th. QS University Rankings: EECA 2015 ranked the university 16th. In the Academic Ranking of World Universities, the university was included among the best 401-500.
