The 11th Project 5-100 Seminar-Conference, hosted by Lobachevsky University on October 1, followed the first QS WORLDWIDE, an international conference and exhibition with a focus on a number of successes in changing educational landscape. All the 15 Russian universities of Russian Academic Excellence Project 5-100 took part in the first QS WORLDWIDE before meeting at sessions run by Project 5-100 Office, to share their strategies and hear from companies specialising in brands, international recruiting and advertising research.

Some sessions addressed the challenges faced by global universities. More experts became involved in working groups. Amongst the speakers were representatives of Thomson Reuters and Elsevier.

The schedule included parallel sessions in which colleagues shared their developments. The 11th Project 5-100 Seminar-Conference was webcast live via http://www.unn.ru/ A presentation by Lobachevsky University highlighted prospects for students to become successful scientists and opportunities for invited researchers to pursue their professional aspirations.

The Project 5-100 Seminar-Conference was hosted for the first time at Lobachevsky University. Higher education professionals were invited to tour the campus, university research institutes and UNN Media Centre.
