Over the course of the summer school the students will learn about history, public administration, folklore and traditions of Russia. They will also have classes on Russian cuisine, traditional dancing and singing, and have a change to try to master traditional arts and crafts of the Nizhni Novgorod region.  The program also includes a culture and country studies component – foreign students will meet the students of Lobachevsky University, participate in Russian speaking clubs, visit museums and other interesting places of Nizhni Novgorod and the region.
