On May 11-12, the EU Delegation to Russia hosted in Moscow an international seminar "Enhancing the opportunities for cooperation between EU countries and partner countries within the Erasmus Plus program". The seminar was attended by representatives of more than 50 Russian universities, as well as representatives of national offices of the Erasmus Plus program from Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary and Jordan.

Seminar participants discussed a variety of opportunities for cooperation between universities when developing joint projects within the framework of the Erasmus Plus program, including the formation of new Russian and European consortia in order to apply for educational projects under the Erasmus Plus program in 2018. Lobachevsky University was represented at the seminar by Alexander Gorylev, Head of the Center for International Education, Chair of European and International Law Department, and Irina Leonova, Head of the UNN International Office.
