I'm currently enrolled on the Bachelor's Degree Programme in Information Technology at Lobachevsky University of Nizhny Novgorod. This programme also deals with the fundamental mathematical side of computing.

I like this particular degree because it is very unique and is different from what other institutions teach; this will give us the advantage of being different and unique from other applicants when being considered for certain job posts. I also like it because it challenges the learner to be a critical mathematical thinker in tackling every computing task. This programme will give students a greater advantage of being hunted by companies after they finish university.

Over my holidays, I got the chance to work for a telecommunications company and that is where I plan to go after completing my degree program. I look forward to taking what I learnt back to my home country. I would therefore recommend this program to everyone who is interested in computing to undertake this program, because they will get to do a different degree programme from everyone else, and they will also get to enhance their mathematical computing skills.
