OXIDIZING DISSOLUTION OF METALS IN APROTONIC MEDIA
OXIDIZING DISSOLUTION OF METALS IN APROTONIC MEDIA:
Main results:
- Preparative techniques have been developed for direct synthesis of polynuclear metallic compounds and optimum conditions for the processes have been determined;
- For the first time, in the course of low-temperature reduction of organo-bimetallic halogenides by active metals, Grignard-like reagents have been produced containing a fragment from three atoms of different metals;
- Conditions have been found where the rate of dissolution of copper from its alloys with gold exceeds the rate of dissolution of gold by the factor of ten thousand. This result corresponds to the level of the best analogues in the world;
- Process procedures for the synthesis of aluminizing electrolyte have been developed.
