All-Russian Conference of Young Chemists held at the UNN
25 April 2017
The 20th All-Russian Conference of Young Chemists (with international participation) was held from April 18 to April 20, 2017 at Lobachevsky University. The conference considered possible approaches to solving fundamental problems of chemical science in Russia with the involvement of young researchers in this important work.
Conference sections covered the following areas:
1. Organic, biomedical, organoelemental chemistry and chemistry of polymers.
2. Inorganic chemistry, chemistry of high-purity substances.
3. Analytical chemistry and ecology.
4. Theoretical and quantum chemistry, photochemistry and spectroscopy.
5. Physical chemistry.
6. Applied research and materials.
The conference was attended by 474 participants (four of them gave plenary lectures and four more presented their invited lectures; there was a total of 244 oral presentations). The collection of conference proceedings includes 503 abstracts of reports made by young scientists from 34 cities of Russia and from 8 cities in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Serbia.
