Head of Department of European and International Law at the UNN Faculty of Law, Head of the UNN Center for International Projects and Programs Alexander Gorylev is included in the list of international experts of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Ranking (Republic of Kazakhstan). The purpose of the Agency is to provide organizational and technical support for the procedures of institutional and specialized accreditation of educational organizations, to develop standards and criteria for accreditation, to conduct rating studies of educational programs of higher and postgraduate education, as well as institutions of technical and professional education in Kazakhstan. From February 7 to February 10, 2018, Alexander Gorylev as a member of the IAAR board of experts took part in an external evaluation of the Altynsarin Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute for compliance with IAAR standards and criteria.
