On February 21, 2018, UNN international students from Germany, the Netherlands, Syria, Mexico and Cote d'Ivoire took part in the week of the Scientific Society of Lyceum Students, which was held at Lyceum No. 40. They organized for lyceum students a culture and discussion club in English on the topic "The system of education in different countries". Lyceum students engaged in discussion and asked all sorts of questions, including the rules for admission to foreign universities. The meeting was interesting and productive for both sides: the lyceum students had an excellent opportunity to get first-hand information about the education system in different countries and to apply their knowledge of the English language in practice, while the UNN students got acquainted with the system of general education in the Russian Federation and learned about Russian school students’ life and about their plans and dreams.
