Students in Pre-University Preparatory Programme participated in 2015 International Literary Festival, entitled ‘Esenin’s Fall’, which was held at Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural Academy on November 20.

Students of Lobachevsky University joined students from other Nizhny Novgorod universities in producing this tribute to Sergei Esenin [Sergey Yesenin], the Russia's greatest young poet (1895-1925). They gathered to recite and perform his poems on stage in Russian language that the poet used with such eloquence.

Serbian Todor Filipov and two Columbians, Camila Andrea Garcia Buitrago and Yamilet Mora Sanchez, received the 2nd place award for the musical performance of ‘Oh my dear maple, frozen …’

‘Meeting Isadora’, our student theatrical performance, was also awarded the second place. The actors told a story about Sergei Esenin and Isadora Duncan, who was a dance genius. A total of 18 students acted in the performance. The staging showed the great teamwork of:
