HIGH-PURITY MATERIALS:

- Development of products from high-purity zinc selenide for powerful IR lasers;

- Development of technology for producing high-purity ultradisperse oxides and acetates for optoelectronics, fiber optics and nuclear power engineering;

- Production of oxide and carbon nanomaterials by oxidation of volatile organoelemental compounds (OEC) in the mode of burning and by the reaction of organic compounds with halogen derivatives accompanied with the release of free carbon.

Main results:
- Methods for producing high-purity zinc selenideand products from it for powerful IR lasers have been developed. Research results are protected by several patents of the Russian Federation;
- A universal technology has been developed for producing high-purity ultra disperse oxides of Zn, Pb, Si, Al, Fe by the unique method – oxidation of volatile О E С s in the mode of burning. Small-batch production has been organized with the productivity of 2-10 kg/hour. Corresponding high-purity acetates have also been obtained.
- A patent has been obtained for the method of purification of ZnO from Si impurity, allowing an increase in the purity of ZnO with respect to Si impurity by three orders of magnitude, and 2-5 times with respect to other impurities. ­
