BIOSTATISTICS:

- Evaluation of effective dose categories in the dose-effect dependence.

Main results (comparable with the best world analogues):

- New methods have been elaborated for evaluating the efficiency function in the problem of estimation of the dependence of effects on the doses of investigated agents; criteria for checking the hypothesis of uniformity of two experiments (interlaboratory comparison) have been constructed. Results of independent individual tests (without forming the groups with identical dose loads) have been used as input data; efficiency functions of any kind have been constructed directly on the basis of the input data by the method of nuclear regression estimation with the account of the error in the doses administered. The method has been patented, the program for calculating the function of efficiency has been registered.
