Aerobics Classes at UNN

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is usually performed to music. At UNN is practiced in a group setting led by an instructor.

The goal of Aerobics is preventing illness and promoting physical fitness, practitioners perform various routines comprising a number of different dance-like exercises.

Aerobics is a great way to stay fit and active, as well as being able to generate many new friends whilst you help each other accomplish goals. Here at UNN we have a highly qualified Aerobics instructor with a facility with everything you need for an Aerobics session.
