Yoga is the physical, mental & spiritual practices or disciplines that aim to transform body and mind. It is usually performed in a relaxing environment and is often a class used by professional sports teams to maintain Flexibility and core strength over a prolonged period of time. Yoga is a favorite past-time of citizens of Nizhny Novgorod with many specialist facilities within the city. At UNN is practiced in a group setting led by an instructor

The goal of Yoga is to ultimately relax a person’s mind relieving stress causing greater cognitive capacity to accomplish goals. It also has shown effects of increasing concentration amongst professional athletes.

Yoga is a great way to stay fit and active, as well as being able to keep a healthy mind and generate many new friends whilst you help each other accomplish goals. Here at UNN we have a highly qualified Yoga instructor with a facility with everything you need for a Yoga session.
