Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel visits Lobachevsky University

On December 21, Rector Evgeny Chuprunov met with the Israeli delegation led by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to the Russian Federation, Gary Koren. Also taking part in the meeting were Sergei Mosunov, Adviser to the Head of the City of Nizhny Novgorod, Maria Kondratieva, Head of the Department for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Committee for External Economic and Interregional Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Administration, Alexander Bedny, UNN Vice-Rector for International Affairs. The Israeli side was represented by First Secretary, Attach? for Economic and Energy Affairs of the Embassy of the State of Israel in Russia Eli Levy, Attach? of the Embassy Aviv Nakav, Executive Director of the Israel-Russia Business Council Caty Dan, Sales Director of ECI Company Yuri Gelman, CEO of RYT Electronics Company Eliahu Rozovsky and Director of Government Relations and Corporate Policy Andrei Kolesnikov. During the meeting, the sides explored the opportunities for cooperation between UNN and the Israeli Embassy and the educational institutions of Israel in the field of education and science.
