Anastasia Chervyakova Wins Gold at the World Grand Prix Stage “Russian Open 2016” in Vladivostok
Anastasia Chervyakova, a 1st year student of the Masters program at the UNN Sports and Physical Education Faculty (she is also International Class Master of Sports in badminton), won the World Grand Prix Stage “Russian Open 2016” in Vladivostok.
Russian athletes have won the tournament with two gold, four silver and ten bronze medals. One of the gold medals in the women's doubles category has become a trophy of Anastasia Chervyakova and Olga Morozova. It should be noted that earlier this year Chervyakova and Morozova won the Cup of Russia and became bronze medalists of the World championship among students. In November, Anastasia and Olga will defend their title at the Russian championship to be held traditionally in Ramenskoye near Moscow.
