British Council grants for British-Russian cooperation
UNN International Office is glad to inform you about the opportunity to apply for grants in the framework of the British Council’s Researcher Links and Institutional Links projects.
Researcher Links Workshops bring together early career researchers from the UK and Russia to make international connections that can improve the quality of their research.
Applications are made on a bilateral basis by senior researchers. From June 1, 2018 till December 31, 2018, the British Council together with the Russian Foundation for Basic Research will support five Researcher Links Workshops in Russia and four Researcher Links Workshops in the UK selected as a part of the UK-Russia Year of Science and Education 2017.

Institutional Links aims to build UK-Russia country research and innovation collaborations centred on shared research and innovation challenges. The size of grants can be up to £300,000 with a maximum of £150,000 requested on the UK side and £150,000 requested on the Russian side for a period of three years.
The project is a part of the UK-Russia Year of Science and Education 2017. The British Council together with the Russian Ministry of Education and Science will support three research projects for the period of 2018-2020.
