Chief Rehabilitation Physician of Russia Galina Ivanova visits Lobachevsky University.

On August 30, UNN Rector Evgeny Chuprunov met with the Chairperson of the “Russian Union of Rehabilitation Physicians” Galina Ivanova, M.D.

Dr. Ivanova is also a Chief Rehabilitation Physician of the Ministry of Health of Russia as well as the Head of the Department of Medical and Social Rehabilitation of Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University.

This visit continued the series of meetings dedicated to the advancement of bilateral cooperation in the field of medical rehabilitation. The parties discussed the possible application of research and development infrastructure of UNN in development of innovative methods of monitoring of critical patients.

The visit concluded with a tour around University campus: Institute of Neuroscience, SPF-Vivarium, Technology Transfer Center.
