Cycle of open lectures by foreign professors at UNN Faculty of Social Sciences
In the academic year 2020/2021, ten foreign faculty members will start working at the UNN Faculty of Social Sciences, including Francisco Diaz Bretones, Professor of the University of Granada (Spain); Emanuele Isidori, Professor of the Foro Italico University in Rome (Italy); Ammon Cheskin, Professor of the University of Glasgow (UK); Leandro Conte, Professor of the University of Siena (Italy); Luca Anceschi, Professor of the University of Glasgow (UK), Roberta Alonzi and Mario De Martino, lecturers from the University of Siena (Italy), Leonas Tolvaišis, Professor of the Union-Nikola Tesla University (Serbia), Elvira Asiene, Professor of the University of Klaipeda (Lithuania) and Marina Korsakova-Kreyn, Professor of the Tauro College (USA). Foreign scholars will be actively involved in the academic and scientific life of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Lobachevsky University. They will give lectures to a wide range of students, provide scientific and methodological consultations to Masters and PhD program students, conduct joint research, take part in publication activities and develop network formats of interaction with partner universities they represent.
Roman Golubin, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, comments: "We pay great attention to attracting foreign professors to our Faculty, we use opportunities to involve them through participation in joint international scientific and educational projects that are already being successfully implemented at the Faculty of Social Sciences. In the immediate term, there will be joint articles, distance courses or joint study guides with our foreign colleagues, and interesting open lectures of foreign professors for UNN students".
The first lecture course "European Project Management" by Mario De Martino will be presented on every Friday from October 9 to October 30, 2020 from 17.50 to 21.00.
