From November 28 to November 29, Lobachevsky University hosted a training workshop for university staff on the topic: "Development of projects in the framework of the Erasmus+ program". The workshop was conducted by the administrator of the National Office of the Erasmus+ program in Russia, Natalia Aksenova. The event was opened by Alexander Bedny, UNN Vice-Rector for International Affairs. Training workshop participants were provided with information about various areas of the Program and opportunities and conditions for participation. An analysis of the results of the past competition rounds was presented, along with some recommendations on the preparation of applications for Erasmus+ program projects in accordance with specific requirements of the competition.

Erasmus+ is a European Union program in the field of education, vocational training, youth and sports for the period from 2014 to 2020. It combines the previous programs, including Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Lifelong Learning, Leonardo da Vinci, Comenius, Grundtvig, Youth in Action, Alfa, Edulink, etc. Its main goal is to strengthen cooperation and international relations in the field of higher education by supporting high-quality European programs.
