Alexander Gorylev, Deputy Head of the UNN International Cooperation Department and Associate Professor at the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law, Valeria Mariko, Associate Professor at the Human Resource Management Department, and Tatiana Podolskaya, Associate Professor at the Human Resource Management Department, took part in a seminar at Kazan National Research Technological University (KNRTU). The seminar was held with the support of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation as part of the project "Professional development of a mentor teacher for the successful implementation of socially significant projects in the student learning process".

Teachers from Lobachevsky University conducted training for KNRTU colleagues in two educational modules:  "Leadership and team management" and "Learning through service - based on the experience of UNN". During the seminar, participants analysed common challenges, discussed achievements, and outlined practical solutions to enhance the support of student projects. Particular attention was paid to the mentor's role in working with student teams, including methods for distributing roles in project groups, strategies for resolving conflicts and problematic situations, and tools for supporting teams at different stages of project implementation.

This project demonstrates the effectiveness of inter-university cooperation between Lobachevsky University and Kazan National Research Technological University and contributes to improving the quality of education at both institutions.
