Five projects of Lobachevsky University scientists receive RSF grants
The Russian Science Foundation (RSF) has announced the results of two regional competitions where the projects from 42 regions of Russia took part. A total of 119 projects of research teams and 431 projects of small research teams were supported. According to the results of the expert evaluation, five projects of Lobachevsky University scientists received RSF grants:
"Piezoelements for studying mechanisms of intercellular adhesion and creating systems for express testing of antibiotic resistance" (project leader: Svetlana Pleskova, Professor of the Department of Physiology and Anatomy at the UNN Institute of Biology and Biomedicine);
"Development of fundamentals of a digital ecosystem for personalized diagnostics and correction of stress-Induced health and behavioral disorders in the educational environment of the Nizhny Novgorod region" (project leader: Sofia Polevaya, Head of the Psychophysiology Department at the UNN Faculty of Social Sciences);
"Development of a chemical model of a hybrid material for regenerative medicine (scaffold) based on marine collagen and synthetic polymers" (project leader: Yulia Kuznetsova, Associate Professor of the Organic Chemistry Department at the UNN Faculty of Chemistry);
"Cardiac rhythm-based sleepiness detector" (project leader: Valeria Demareva, Associate Professor of the Psychophysiology Department at the UNN Faculty of Social Sciences);
"Investigation of thin-film heterostructures based on transition metal oxides and development of design and technological solutions for non-linear semiconductor resistors (thermistors and varistors) as protective elements for electronic modules" (project leader: Alexey Belov, research associate of the Laboratory of Physics and Technology of Thin Films at the UNN Research Institute for Physics and Technology).
We congratulate our colleagues and wish them every success!
