Free online summer school on project management (Romania)

Babeș-Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca, Romania), a partner university of the UNN, invites students to take part in its online summer school on project management from July 12 to July 16, 2021. Babeș-Bolyai University holds this summer school in a distance learning format for students of its partner universities. The summer school which is free of charge will focus on the preparation and implementation of Erasmus+ projects. Prior project management experience is not required. The school will cover the following topics:

- how to prepare an ideal application;

- how to define goals and objectives in accordance with financial requirements;

- how to calculate a project budget;

- how to manage project activities;

- other information about Erasmus+ projects.
