International Forum "Yurtechnetics"

The Faculty of Law of Lobachevsky University in cooperation with Saratov State Law Academy and Nizhny Novgorod Research Centre "Legal Techniques" co-organised an international research and practice forum "Yurtechnetics". It was held at the Dubki suburban hotel in the Balakhna district from 21 to 24 September. The programme included 339 papers presented by participants from all over Russia and foreign countries.

"The Forum has been taking place for the 24th year in a row. Every year it brings together not only specialists in the field of law and state theory, but also experts in different areas of law. The geographical range of participants is very broad: Russian representatives come from 39 research centres in Barnaul, Irkutsk, Kazan, Moscow, Smolensk, Sochi, Khakassia and other regions. Foreign participants come from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Mongolia, USA, Belarus, Vietnam and other countries," said Evgenia Chernykh, Dean of the UNN Faculty of Law.

Every year the forum has a new topic, and in 2022 it is devoted to changes in legislation. According to Evgenia Chernykh, the current topic is highly relevant, as the Russian legislation is very dynamic.
