International Student Day

On November 16, international students of Lobachevsky University took part in the annual celebration of the International Student Day. This year, the festivities were held at the Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy. Students from Angola, Georgia, India, China, Morocco, Russia and France participated in the concert program presenting various song and dance numbers reflecting the culture of their countries.

Lobachevsky University was represented by students from Angola (Cardoso Ekyene, a student of the Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship, and Costa Erickson, a student of the Institute of Information Technology, Mathematics and Mechanics). The fiery Angolan dance "Cuduro", in which our students  shared a part of their culture and history, was a great success with the audience. 

A warm atmosphere of international friendship reigned at the festival.

No doubt, all the festival participants will have unforgettable impressions about the celebration of the International Student Day in Russia.
