International students of Lobachevsky University take part in the festival of national cultures

International students of Lobachevsky University took part in the X International Festival of national cultures "In This Big World" that was held on December 17 and 18 at the Dobrolyubov Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod.

The festival included round tables, an essay contest, a national fair, a photo exhibition and a gala concert. Presentations made during the round tables by the students of the UNN Center of educational programs for foreign citizens were highly appreciated by the festival jury: Diya Wael  (Lebanon) and Basharat Muhammad Sobaan (Pakistan) received diplomas for the second and third places. They made their presentations on the topic "Personality from Russia who inspires me". UNN international students from China introduced festival guests to various dishes of national cuisine,  showed national costumes, presented traditional dances and songs at the final concert. At the end of the festival, the entire team of Lobachevsky University was awarded diplomas, certificates and souvenirs.
