On September 30, the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation hosted the 4th International Research Conference "Management through Law". As part of the event, a competition for young researchers titled  "Prompt engineering as the competence of a modern civil servant: the architecture of managerial decision-making and the appeal procedure" was held.

The "Iteration" team from the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of Lobachevsky University won first place in the competition.

The UNN team included associate professors Yulia Goloviznina and Ivan Sinkov, department instructors Alina Volodina and Ksenia Zakharova, as well as masters student Yulia Bedareva. The team was supervised by Prof. Alexey Martynov, Head of the Department of Administrative and Financial Law.

The participants were tasked with creating and presenting a roadmap for solving a management problem using neural network technologies.

In the "Iteration" team, teachers and young researchers combined their efforts, and their joint work resulted in a comprehensive solution where modern digital tools were integrated with legal analysis and management decision-making requirements.

A total of 28 teams, comprising over 60 participants, took part in the competition. Representatives from leading Russian higher education and research institutions competed for the victory, including teams from Kutafin Moscow State Law University, MGIMO University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, St. Petersburg State University, Yakovlev Ural State Law University, the Russian State University of Justice, Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, and others.
