Lecture on data management methods and applied economic analytics for UNN students

A lecture on data management methods and applied economic analytics was organised by the Institute of Economics for students enrolled in the professional retraining programme «Business Analytics and Digital Marketing» and for international students of the UNN Institute of Economics. The lecture was given by Andrey Kobzev, Head of the Economic Department of the Volga-Vyatka Main Directorate of the Bank of Russia. He shared his experience of working with data and explained how data play a role in macroeconomic analysis.

The students showed a keen interest in the problems and peculiarities of economic analysis that predetermines decisions on the key rate. They also learned about the role of the Bank of Russia's regional divisions in the processing and analysis of macroeconomic data.
