Lobachevsky University improves its standing in the Reputation World University Ranking

The results of the RUR Reputation World University Ranking 2020 published  recently  show UNN’s noticeable progress: it now ranks 329th (a year ago it was 364th). The Lobachevsky University brand took 13th place among Russian universities.  A total of 82 universities from Russia were featured in the reputational rating this year. According to Vice-Rector for International Affairs Alexander Bedny, despite the tight competition in the global scientific and educational space and the increase in the number of universities participating in the rating, Lobachevsky University successfully maintains its positions in the world league of the best universities.

 "This rating is based on 2 indicators: the university's reputation in the field of education and in the field of research. The brand of our university is recognized in the world, we are attractive for foreign students and researchers, and Lobachevsky University diploma is in demand among leading companies,"  said Alexander Bedny. 

Round University Ranking has been published by the Russian RUR Ranking Agency since 2010. In the course of 10 years, more than 1000 leading universities of the world from 80 countries took part in the ranking. The provider of data for the RUR system of rankings is Clarivate Analytics (formerly a division of Thomson Reuters for scientific research and intellectual property).
