Lobachevsky University listed in the Premier League of the National Aggregated Ranking by Subject
On the eve of the admission campaign, best-edu.ru, the portal of independent evaluation of higher education, has published the latest "National Aggregated Ranking by Subject". UNN is in the 12th place among Russian universities in the overall standings, having made it to the Premier League in 10 subjects, to the 1st League in 9 subjects, and to the 2nd League in 5 subjects.
Lobachevsky University was ranked in the Premier League in the following fields of study:
- Mathematics and Mechanics
- Computer and Information Sciences
- Physics and Astronomy
- Chemistry
- Biological Sciences
- Informatics and Computer Science
- Electronics, Radio Engineering and Communication Systems
- Economics and Management
- Sociology and Social Work
- Jurisprudence.
The National Aggregated Ranking by Subject considers eight separate ratings compiled on the basis of open databases and satisfying the requirements of publicity, stability, and mass character:

- • subject rating by Hirsch index;
- • RAEX subject rating;
- • subject rating "First mission";
- • global aggregate ranking by subject (GAR; Russian universities);
