Lobachevsky University ranked among Russia's top 100 universities

Lobachevsky University has substantially improved its position in the Forbes ranking, entering the top 100 universities in Russia according to the results of 2024. UNN moved up 20 points to 42nd place in the ranking, which considered 564 educational institutions that have Russian accreditation and the right to issue state standard diplomas.

Forbes evaluated universities on 17 criteria organised into five metrics: quality of networking, reputation with employers, international reputation, academic environment and the Forbes factor (number of billionaire alumni).

The crucial factor in strengthening the position of Lobachevsky University was the high rating of the university's reputation among employers. The survey involved 60 major Russian companies from 44 industries, which are among the best employers in Russia according to Forbes.
