Lobachevsky University representatives receive awards of the Ministry of Education and Science

Representatives of Lobachevsky University, postgraduate student of the Institute of Information Technologies, Mathematics and Mechanics, Midian Alheddo from Syrian Arab Republic, and Deputy Head of the UNN Department for work with international students Dmitry Medvedev, were awarded letters of thanks from the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod Region for their assistance in organizing and conducting a training seminar "We are together!" for foreign students studying in universities of Nizhny Novgorod. The seminar "We are together!" is held annually at the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education “Nizhny Novgorod Scientific Information Center”. This event is aimed at overcoming inter-ethnic and cultural stereotypes and creating a single cultural and educational space. The focus point of the seminar held on November 18, 2018 was theater. During the event, students from different countries got acquainted with the history and traditions of the theater and took part in several master classes.
