Home - News RSS feed - Lobachevsky University’s project receives support from the Russian Academy of Sciences

Lobachevsky University has received a positive decision from the Russian Academy of Sciences for implementing its research project "Methodology for monitoring, diagnosing, economic and legal assessment and forecasting risks of an organisation's resource consumption using mathematical methods and artificial intelligence".

In this project, researchers from various academic fields join their efforts for strategic development of the socio—humanitarian field through the integration of advanced natural science and digital solutions. The research team includes scholars from the UNN Institute of Economics and the UNN Faculty of Law.

Professor Igor Mizikovsky,  Head of the Department of Accounting at the UNN Institute of Economics, was appointed the project manager. Representatives of the departments of Accounting, Business Economics, Criminal Law and Procedure, and Mathematical Modelling of Economic Processes are participating in the project which was initiated by Evgenia Chernykh, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Lobachevsky University.

Taking part in the project are 12 young researchers under the age of 31.
