Lobachevsky University showcased at the "Study in Nizhny" festival

Lobachevsky University took part in the regional festival of higher and secondary vocational education “Study in Nizhny” that was held on 12 June at Minin and Pozharsky Square. It was organised by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Centre for Special Projects ”Platform“. The event was attended by nearly 20 thousand people, including school students, university applicants and parents. 

The festival featured displays of various institutions and an interactive event platform. In the UNN pavilion, school students and their parents could personally communicate with representatives of the university, find out details about the upcoming admission campaign, ask questions about current educational programmes and get acquainted with the areas of study offered by Lobachevsky University.

As part of the festival, Lobachevsky University also presented its faculties, institutes and branches located in Dzerzhinsk, Arzamas and Balakhna. Apart from getting useful information, festival guests could also take part in a variety of entertaining master classes offered by the university. Everyone could also take a virtual tour of the Balakhna branch of Lobachevsky University using VR glasses.

The admission campaign at UNN starts on 20 June.
