Lobachevsky University takes part in MIEF-2019
Lobachevsky University takes part in the annual Moscow International Education Fair held in the Russian capital from April 10 to April 13.
The delegation of the Nizhny Novgorod region is head by Sergei Zlobin, Minister of Education, Science and youth Policy. Within the framework of the exhibition, working meetings were held where the concept of the development of the Research and Education Center in the Nizhny Novgorod region, its goals, objectives and prospects were presented.
Lobachevsky University participates in the event at the united booth of leading universities - participants of the 5-100 Project.
The delegation of Lobachevsky University is headed by Acting Rector Kirill Markov. The UNN delegation also includes Vice-Rector for International Affairs Alexander Bedny and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Olga Petrova.
Acting Rector Kirill Markov took part in a panel discussion at the section on improving the global competitiveness of universities with the participation of Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Marina Borovskaya, Scientific Leader of the Moscow Skolkovo School of Management Andrei Volkov, and representatives of leading Russian universities. They discussed the experience and prospects of the 5-100 Project.At the exhibition, UNN presents some of its advanced research results: “CyberHeart”, a software and hardware suite for remote diagnostics, and “CyberTrainer”, a concept of smart clothes to track the activity of muscles in a human body.
Moscow International Education Fair is the largest event in the field of education, the global forum and the largest exhibition of new educational technologies in Russia. MIEF is the place for the communication between educational professionals, state officials and businessmen. They discuss issues of educational system. MIEF invites Russian and foreign business to take part in the educational process, including public-private partnerships.
