Master class in restorative fitness for UNN sports students

An educational master class in restorative fitness was held for students of the UNN Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. Leading experts in the fitness industry from Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg and Moscow took part. The master class was organised by the UNN Sports Management Department together with the Municipal Centre for Sports Facilities, as well as a network of fitness clubs in Nizhny Novgorod.

During the master class, students learned about the latest technologies in the field of fitness, studied effective tools for testing the development of human physical qualities and the performance of important body functions, and received recommendations for further professional development in this field.

Since 2019, Lobachevsky University’s Faculty of Physical Education and Sports has been training qualified bachelors in the field of fitness majoring in Active Recreation, Fitness and Sports Tourism. Such master classes allow for practice-oriented learning, developing practical skills required for conducting modern fitness training and organising the activities of fitness clubs.
