Medal "For Contribution to the Implementation of the State Education Policy"

Lobachevsky University lecturers have received awards from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The coach of the UNN sport programming team that won the ICPC World Championship, Associate Professor of the Institute of Information Technologies, Mathematics and Mechanics Nikolay Borisov and the leader of the student research group “Artificial Intelligence” at the Department of Information Technologies and Instrumental Methods in Economics of the UNN Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship, Associate Professor Andrey Sochkov were awarded medals "For Contribution to the Implementation of the State Education Policy".

The Medal "For Contribution to the Implementation of State Educational Policy" is a departmental award of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. It is awarded to civil servants, municipal officials, workers of organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Science and other organizations, regardless of their organizational and legal status or form of ownership, who have made significant contribution to development of  higher education and related additional professional education, research and innovation, nanotechnologies, etc.
