Novi Sad University delegation visits UNN

From January 28 to January 30, a Serbian delegation comprising Professor Dragan Govedarica, Deputy Dean for academic affairs, Faculty of Technology at the University of Novi Sad, and Milka Jelic, Lead engineer for product development and catalysis of NIS-Gazpromneft (Novi Sad), visited Lobachevsky University. The aim of the visit was to discuss the prospects for joint research work with the leaders of the UNN Faculty of Chemistry and the Department of Petroleum Chemistry and Petrochemical Synthesis. In the course of the talks, the Serbian guests were informed about the possibility of synthesizing new additives for diesel fuel by the Lobachevsky University researchers. During their tour of the Research Institute of Chemistry, they got acquainted with modern equipment and methods for studying fuel and oil. The possibilities for joint publication of research papers and participation in scientific events organized by the parties were also discussed. This visit took place in the framework of Lobachevsky University's cooperation with NIS-Gazpromneft and the University of Novi Sad in the field of chemistry.
