President of Lobachevsky University Roman Strongin awarded the Order “For Civil Valour and Honour”

Roman Strongin, President of Lobachevsky University, was decorated with the Order “For Civil Valour and Honour”, First Class. The ceremony was held at the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The award was presented to Roman Strongin by the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Gleb Nikitin and the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod region Evgeny Lyulin.

The Order was awarded for outstanding services to the Nizhny Novgorod region, great contribution to the strengthening of the Russian state, revival of the country's economic power and spiritual strength of the Fatherland. The appropriate decree was signed by Governor Gleb Nikitin.

Besides, Roman Strongin was awarded the title ‘’Seraphim's Educator‘’ for his participation in the pedagogical contest ‘’Seraphim's Teacher - 2023/2024‘’.  The winners and laureates were honoured at the Centre of Slavic Culture in Diveyevo.
