Professor of the UNN Dzerzhinsk branch wins the Textbook of the Year Award

An award ceremony was held at the Russian Academy of Education to honour the winners of the nationwide prize “Textbook of the Year” established by the Russian Professors' Assembly. This award was instituted in 2024 to enhance the production of educational publications based on the use of innovative methods in the teaching and learning process.

The Textbook of the Year Award stimulates the use of new information forms, methods and computer technologies, as well as the application of research results in the educational process. The awarding of this prize is of special importance for education and research activities and for the development of quality training standards. This year, more than 600 textbooks and teaching aids were submitted by 200 Russian universities.

Professor of the Dzerzhinsk branch of Lobachevsky University Mikhail Pavlenkov was awarded diplomas of the winner of the Textbook of the Year Award. His works “Mathematical Methods in Economics and Management”, “Mathematical Principles of Artificial Intelligence Development in Public Management of Municipal Education”, "Environmental Management. Methods. Tools" were highly recognised by experts.
