RuCode Festival on Artificial Intelligence and Programming

From March 1 to April 25, leading Russian universities, NGOs and IT parks, in partnership with the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and with the support of the Presidential Grant Foundation, will hold the third all-Russian festival on Artificial Intelligence and Programming "RuCode Festival". This mixed-format event will include face-to-face sessions and online courses.

Participation is free of charge. The festival will be held in several stages:

Online courses will be launched on March 1. Participants are given one month to prepare for the next stages of the festival, but participation in subsequent stages is not compulsory.

•  Quick Start to Sports Programming. Part II
•  C/C++ basics for Sports Programming

In April, the selection process will begin for the Artificial Intelligence and Algorithmic Programming intensive courses.

•  Selection for the Artificial Intelligence intensive course is from April 1 to April 4. The intensive course will take place from April 12 to April 23.
•  Selection for the Algorithmic Programming course is from April 8 to April 11. The intensive course will be held from April 19 to April 23.

Participants with higher education who have successfully completed the intensive courses will receive a state diploma of advanced training, while university and school students will receive appropriate certificates.

The final stage in the Artificial Intelligence track will be a championship on April 24, which will include a presentation of the participants' best solutions. The Programming track will conclude with the championship on April 25.

The main purpose of the festival is to popularize IT education, attract young, talented high school and university students to the profession. For established professionals, it gives an opportunity to improve their skills. Both for those who are just getting acquainted with programming, and for professionals who have already achieved some results, the festival will be an opportunity to test themselves, their level of training and their knowledge - the scope of programming applications is almost unlimited. This spring, Roscosmos State Corporation and Yandex have already joined as industry partners of the festival. Each partner offers participants some practical tasks to solve, which will enrich the portfolio of those who successfully complete the tests.
