«Silver» in petroleum chemistry: UNN is among the best at the All-Russian Olympiad

A team from the UNN Faculty of Chemistry took second place at the 24th All-Russian Student Olympiad in Petroleum Chemistry and received an award certificate. The Olympiad is held annually at the Department of Organic Chemistry and Petroleum Chemistry of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.

For over 10 years, students from Lobachevsky University have been consistently marked among the prize winners in this prestigious competition. The team was prepared for the Olympiad by Professor Elena Kolyakina, Head of the UNN Petroleum Chemistry Department.

The prize-winning team included: Ksenia Shmyrova (who also took second place in the individual competition), Ilya Shmyrov (third place in the individual competition), and Yulia Smirnova (third place in the individual competition).
