Сooperation agreement signed between Lobachevsky University and Huawei

At the end of May, Lobachevsky University and Huawei Company signed a cooperation agreement providing for a joint development program in the field of education.

Within the framework of the agreement, the parties plan to organize a number of projects and programs for UNN students in engineering areas. Huawei has also expressed its intention to support academic mobility of Lobachevsky University students and organization of educational internships at the company’s research subdivisions.

Starting from September, a cycle of open lectures on the most relevant topics in the field of ICT will begin. Under the guidance of Huawei's leading experts, Lobachevsky University students will acquire best practices in solving scientific and engineering problems.

Students with high academic performance and outstanding research achievements will be able to receive scholarships from the company. The best students will be offered a job at this leading company.

The agreement creates a unique format for interaction between the academic community and hi-tech industry experts and provides favourable conditions for professional development of university graduates.
