Student Startup competition: call for applications opens
The Foundation for Assistance to Innovations has opened a call for applications for the Student Startup competition. The competition is aimed to support undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students who are ready to develop a new product/technology/service based on their own scientific and technological research that has commercialization potential. Lobachevsky University students can take part in the competition, with seven thematic areas to choose from:
- digital technologies;
- medicine and health technologies;
- new materials and chemical technologies;
- new devices and intelligent manufacturing technologies;
- biotechnologies;
- resource-saving power engineering;
- creative industries.
The first application wave will last until April 11, 2022, closing at 10:00 on that day. University students who win in this competition and receive a grant will have to:
- register a legal entity,
- develop a business plan and a start-up website.
The grants will be awarded as part of the Federal Project "University Technology Entrepreneurship Platform".
